1. Overview

Welcome to Taxyro. These terms govern the use of our VAT solutions and calculations services on taxyro.com.

2. Services

Services refers to customized VAT calculations, reporting, and consultancy delivered by Taxyro.

• Cancellation and Refund: Clients may cancel a scheduled service up to 48 hours before the appointment to receive a full fee refund to the original payment method within 14 days. To reschedule, notify us at least 24 hours in advance; we will accommodate a new date at no extra charge.
• Late Cancellation or No-Show: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session or failure to attend will not be eligible for fee return due to resource allocation.

3. Info Products

Info Products includes digital guides, templates, and training materials related to VAT solutions and calculations.

• Access and Download: All info products are available immediately after purchase.
• Return Policy: Due to the digital nature of info products, purchases are final and not eligible for return once access has been granted. If technical issues prevent access, we will provide support or offer an alternative format upon request.

4. Goods

Goods refers to any physical deliverables sold by Taxyro.

• Return Window: Customers may return unopened goods within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is at the customer’s cost unless the item is defective.
• Refund Process: Upon receipt and inspection of returned goods, we will initiate a fee return to the original payment method within 7 working days.
• Defective Items: If a product is defective, contact us within 14 days; we will provide a replacement or a full fee return upon confirmation of the defect.

5. Refund Policy

All eligible returns are processed to the original payment method. The timeframe for a return depends on the provider and may vary. If you have questions, contact our support team.
